Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience hosted and organised by Rotary Clubs and districts across Australia, New Zealand and the world.
The object of these programs are to support young people to develop skills as leaders while having fun and making personal and professional connections. Different districts present the program in different ways and focus on various different type of leadership skills.
